This article shows how to create a mirror backup of the given sources to a specified destination using Backup4all. The current method can be extended to other sources and destinations supported by Backup4all.

Backup4all can create an exact copy of a source drive to another destination drive, using the Mirror backup type. It should be used only for data files backups and not for system backups. Please note that Backup4all cannot back up the system drive nor the OS.

For Mirror backup type, there is an option allowing you to remove from destination the files deleted in source. This way the source and destination will contain the same files.

The Mirror backup type will create in destination an exact copy of the source files, without zipping them. This article explains how to create a Mirror backup job in Backup4all, how to keep multiple backup versions in destination and how to limit them.
